Qorokwe Camp is a fine example of contemporary architecture, with its sweeping lines, sharp angles and bold use of wood, set among trees and overlooking a permanent lagoon in the world famous Okavango Delta. Your stay revolves around 4×4 and walking safaris, with the possibility of boat and mokoro rides when water levels allow. The main social areas are set on a raised deck that enables you to watch wildlife at the lagoon as you chat to other travellers, enjoy freshly prepared meals and simply relax. The swimming pool is especially appealing on a hot day, and the firepit becomes the heart of camp at sundown, as guests gather for drinks. The individual suites echo the style of the central area, built on elevated timber decks and with wide verandas facing the lagoon. Inside there’s a great feeling of space, with the bedroom and a separate living area, each leading out to the deck.
